Yamaha PFK Grade 1 Keyboard Classes

The Yamaha way engages a parallel focus on arranging, developing, composing and creating music. Students learn to play instruments, develop their music fundamentals and everything needed to be well rounded musicians including learning how to improvise and compose their own music with a lot of emphasis on creativity. The Yamaha method has been designed for group lessons and flips the traditional way of learning where students are usually taught to read then play. The Yamaha method does this in reverse where students listen first, then play (whilst using imitation exercises), and then read. (Ears before eyes!) Just like a when a toddler learns to speak before learning to read & write or when you learn any other language.
